      Although this is not an event focusing on recruitment, the Volvo Cars team is always interested in speaking with great folks in areas like software, software engineering, general engineering, IT, programming, AI, UX, hardware engineering and data science.

      Eva Andersson works in the Volvo Cars’ Product Planning team as Cycle Plan Lead. In her role she leads the cross-functional team that sets the Cycle Plan for cars, shaping and driving the product strategy for the company’s car lineup.

      Starting her journey with the company as an engineering graduate a decade ago, Eva’s diverse background spans both technical and strategic roles, allowing her to generate a well-rounded perspective to product strategy and development.

      With a deep passion for tech, strategy, and delivering business value, Eva focus on defining product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the company’s offerings resonate with market demands, tech trends and brings tangible value to customers and the business.

      Camilla Eberlén
      Engineering Manager in Propulsion & Energy, Volvo Cars

      Camilla Eberlén is manager for the strategy team within propulsion engineering at Volvo Cars, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has soon reached fifteen years of experience in the automotive industry and within Volvo Cars. 

      Her career has mainly been within engineering but also touched shortly on procurement, spanning from working with project lead of both full vehicle level to part of it with propulsion system and also working with strategy both on full vehicle level to now parts of it with propulsion system. 

      She is motivated by being part of engineering the most complex consumer product on the market and constantly improving the experience for the customer in a personal, sustainable and safe way.

      UX Design Manager, Volvo Cars

      Bettina is a UX Design Manager for Vehicle and Driver Experiences at Volvo Cars, shaping the future of mobility. With a diverse background spanning e-commerce, food delivery, healthcare, and wireless networking, she brings a wealth of experience in crafting intuitive digital experiences.

      Having lived in Los Angeles, New York, Manila, and now Stockholm, she brings a global perspective to her work. When she's not designing, you'll find her working on an art project with her kids, or consuming shocking amounts of icecream.

      Åsa Johansen
      Director, Women in Tech Sweden

      Åsa has been a driving force behind Women in Tech Sweden since 2019 and took on the role of Director in 2023. Under her leadership, the initiative has expanded into multiple pillars, amplifying its impact across the industry. She has been recognized with awards such as Narren and has been featured in Dagens Industri for her advocacy for STEAM.

      With a background in communications, Åsa started her career at Ericsson in the early '90s and later held leadership roles as a communications advisor and CEO at several PR agencies in Stockholm. Today, she is fully dedicated to Women in Tech Sweden, using events as a catalyst for positive change. Her passion lies in ensuring that everyone—especially women—feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive in the tech industry.
