20 March 16:30-19:30The Visma Citygate office

How do we build a gender-equal tech industry?

The tech industry has made progress in diversity and inclusion, but there is still a lot to do. The big players in the industry have a great responsibility and from Women in Tech Sweden we are proud to introduce you, our members, to the world of Visma

Visma is a long-term partner of Women in Tech Sweden, and they are continuously working to to close the gap, especially in the more technology-intensive professions. That is why we would like to invite you to this after-work meetup to discuss how we can work together for a more gender-equal industry.

At the meetup hosted by Visma in the spectacular Citygate office in Gothenburg, we will delve into the challenges that women, trans and non-binary people still can face in tech, explore Visma's role in promoting a balanced industry and discuss concrete steps we can all take to create a more inclusive tech landscape.

This is what you will get from the meetup:

  • Learning more about how Visma aims to attract and retain female talent.
  • A testament of Visma's commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Actionable insights on how to build a more balanced tech industry

Prepare for:

  • Discussions as well as and roundtable conversations
  • Easy breezy mingle with drinks and finger food
  • Networking!

Meet People- and Developer representatives as well as other employees from Visma to talk about gender equality, female role models in the tech industry, non-biased recruitments - and what makes them enjoy their job!

And from Women in Tech Sweden, our founders Åsa Johansen and Elin Eriksson will be on-site, looking forward to connect further with the brilliant minds of Gothenburg. ✨
