Two reports, one transformation

Women in Tech Sweden, together with Atea, invites you to a digital session on leadership, AI and the future of tech talent.

Atea has taken a close look at how IT leaders across the Nordics are steering strategy, security and AI investments in their CIO Analytics 2026 report. At the same time, Women in Tech Sweden has gathered the experiences of women working across the industry in the State of Women in Tech Report. Two very different vantage points, on the very same transformation.

This session is for leaders, and for anyone who wants to become one. Whether you're guiding a team through AI adoption or trying to understand what really makes people want to stay in - or leave - the industry, there's something here for you.

Together, Atea and Women in Tech Sweden will share highlights from both reports side by side, and open up a conversation about where the view from the top and the view from the floor meet, and where they don't.

Come with questions. Leave with perspective.
